Terms of service

Last updated 11 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between Execore ("we", "us") and the business that creates an account ("you"). Questions: info@execore.co.uk.

1. Who can use Execore

Execore is for businesses and sole traders acting in the course of their trade. It is not offered to consumers. By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your business.

2. What the service does

  • Gives you a receive-only intake address for copies of your sales invoices and supplier bills.
  • Reads those documents and places them in a review queue for you to confirm.
  • Prepares draft reminder emails that open in your own mail client for you to check and send.
  • Helps you track payables and export payment files you upload to your own bank.

Execore never sends email on your behalf, never connects to your mailbox and never moves money.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Check before you confirm. Extracted fields are automated and may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every document before confirming it.
  • You are the sender. Every chase is sent by you, from your mailbox. You are responsible for its content, accuracy, recipient and for complying with laws on debt collection, harassment and electronic communications.
  • Payments are yours. You are responsible for checking payment files before uploading them to your bank.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
  • Only send documents you are entitled to share, and do not use Execore for fraudulent, forged, abusive or unlawful material.

4. Not legal, tax or financial advice

Statutory interest, compensation amounts, overdue figures, cash position and reminder wording are estimates to help you. They are not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and Execore is not a debt collection agency. Late Payment Act interest applies to business-to-business debts only — you decide whether and when to claim it. Check figures and take professional advice where needed.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically.
  • You can cancel at any time in Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change for your plan.
  • Features marked "coming soon" are not part of any plan until we launch them.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Execore running reliably but provide it "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Documents that arrive while you are over your plan limit are stored and flagged, not discarded. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

  • Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100.
  • We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or any indirect or consequential loss, nor for the outcome of any chase, payment or decision you make using Execore.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Your data

You own your documents and data. You can export everything or delete your account at any time in Settings. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice and the data processing terms below.

9. Data processing addendum (UK GDPR Article 28)

Invoices and bills you send to Execore contain personal data about your customers and suppliers. For that data you are the controller and Execore is your processor. Execore:

  • Processes it only on your documented instructions — to provide the service you use.
  • Ensures anyone processing it is bound by confidentiality.
  • Applies appropriate security, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level separation between accounts.
  • Uses the sub-processors listed in our privacy notice, under written terms giving equivalent protection, and will notify you of material changes so you can object.
  • Ensures any transfer outside the UK has a lawful transfer mechanism in place.
  • Helps you respond to data subject requests and meet your security and breach obligations.
  • Notifies you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach.
  • Deletes or returns the data when your account closes, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Makes available the information reasonably needed to show compliance with Article 28.

You confirm you have a lawful basis to share this data with us and have told the relevant people as your own privacy obligations require.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance. You may close your account at any time. Sections 4, 7 and 9 survive termination.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
